Protein Oats, overnight oats, heaven in a jar…whatever you’d like to call them-you’ll love them!  This is such a simple way to have a  healthy breakfasts on the run. You have endless combinations to enjoy throughout the week too! ??

1 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder 

Topping suggestions: fruit, nut butter, granola, coconut, spices, etcAdd the milk, oats, protein powder & chia seeds to a jar or container. Stir them very well.  Refrigerate overnight. Top with your favs and enjoy!
