Garlic Shrimp Alfredo With Zoodles


1/2 cup butter (perhaps olive or coconut oil is an option)
6 garlic cloves minced
2.5 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
6 cooked bacon strips, chopped (chicken or turkey would work)
4 medium zucchini spiralized
1/2 cup heavy cream (substitute Greek yogurt perhaps if you like)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Melt butter over medium-high heat add in garlic and shrimp. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook on both sides until cooked through. Transfer to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Toss zucchini into pan, drizzle with cream. Cook just until warm. Top with Shrimp and Sprinkle with parmesan and bacon. This made a lot! I would say serves 6.
